The final reports from the CAPS consultation events are now complete.
The full set of reports covers the web, telephone and focus groups research as well as our CAPS roadshow events, stakeholder engagement conference and background research.
This wide ranging, information gathering, stage of CAPS has given us a clear indication of the Scottish public’s and stakeholders’ views on the state of cycling and cycling provision in Scotland. Their voices have pointed to many areas for the development in cycling in this country and we hope to truly and accurately reflect these wishes in the Cycling Action Plan for Scotland.
